Job Description

We are looking for a Client Development Executive to build and develop relationships with new clients. CDE responsibilities include participating in all phases of the client development lifecycle. The goal is to provide high-quality services and healthy communication that meet client's needs.

Skills Required

Handle Bids Inbox and respond via email to bids coming in from clients/vendors.

• Understand the requirement of Bids and communicate effectively.

• Negotiate and close bids to maximize win percentage for the organization.

• Adherence to TAT and compliances while responding to bids.

• Ensure correct information as per guidelines and parameter are shared with the client/vendors.

• Follow ups on potential pending bids.

• Maintain quality on emails and responses.

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and internal employees.

• Exhibit consistent performance with quality in place.

• Be a team player

Responsibilities

Ability to assess client objectives and formulate communications strategy.

• Excellent communication skills and strategic planning acumen.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Multi-disciplined and multi-tasking individuals with the ability to self-motivate on various scenarios.

• Accountable for the task assigned.

• Flexibility with shift timings and able to cater to the need of the hour.

• Hands on Microsoft excel and use functionality as per needs.

• Good email etiquettes and written communication skills to meet business needs.

• Adapt to the organization's environment and contribute as per the KRS's.
